Due to innovative technologies we can produce functional plastic components with near-series features using the vacuum casting technique. These components can be made from polyurethane vacuum casting resin (PU) or now also available from polyamide (PA6) with or without fiberglass.
There is no getting around the injection molding technique when it comes to a larger numbers of pieces and molded parts made from large-scale production materials. Combining different manufacturing techniques that are on hand at our facility, makes a prompt availability of parts possible. You want to know more about the different techniques? We ensure the quality assurance of your components by target/actual comparisons by means of optical and tactile 3D measurement. At the same time, we can measure components three-dimensionally and derive 3D data directly from individual models.
