The number of pieces that you need does not quite justify a production series tool?
Due to innovative technologies we can produce functional plastic components with near-series features using the vacuum casting technique. These components can be made from polyurethane vacuum casting resin (PU) or now also available from polyamide (PA6) with or without fiberglass.
There is no getting around the injection molding technique when it comes to a larger numbers of pieces and molded parts made from large-scale production materials. Combining different manufacturing techniques that are on hand at our facility, makes a prompt availability of parts possible.
We ensure quality assurance through planned vs. actual comparisons taking optical and tactile 3D-measurements. Thus we can also capture component parts three-dimensionally and derive 3D-data from single models.
